Booking Policy – Get Your Rentals Effective Date: June 24, 2025

At Get Your Rentals, we strive to make the vehicle reservation process simple, transparent, and dependable. This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all rental bookings placed through our website, mobile platforms, or authorized partners. By booking a rental vehicle with us, you agree to comply with this policy in its entirety.

Bookings can be made online or by phone, and confirmation is subject to vehicle availability, valid payment authorization, and compliance with rental eligibility requirements. Upon successful booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided, outlining the rental details including pickup location, time, vehicle type, and total charges. It is your responsibility to verify that all details are accurate. If any discrepancies are found, you must notify us immediately to resolve them prior to your rental start time.

To complete a booking, the customer must be at least 18 years of age (unless a higher age requirement applies by location or vehicle class), possess a valid driver’s license, and meet all criteria outlined in our Terms of Service. Additional documentation such as proof of insurance or secondary identification may be required at pickup. International renters must carry a valid passport and, where applicable, an International Driving Permit.

We accept major credit and debit cards to secure vehicle reservations. At the time of booking, a deposit or full prepayment may be required depending on the selected vehicle, rental duration, or promotional rate. All charges and any applicable taxes and fees will be clearly presented before final checkout. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that fail payment authorization or violate our rental criteria.

You may modify your booking prior to pickup—subject to availability—by contacting customer support. Adjustments that affect the rental period, location, or vehicle type may result in changes to your total price. Any approved modifications will be confirmed in writing. Last-minute changes within 24 hours of the rental start time may incur additional fees.

Cancellation terms are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy. Generally, bookings canceled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for full refunds, while those canceled within 24 hours of pickup may be partially or fully non-refundable. Get Your Rentals cannot guarantee specific vehicle makes or models unless explicitly confirmed. Vehicle images on our site represent the general category and may not match the exact car assigned. We make every effort to provide the selected vehicle or an equivalent substitute. In rare cases where the reserved vehicle is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., unexpected return delays, maintenance issues), we reserve the right to substitute a similar class vehicle or offer alternative arrangements.

At pickup, renters must review and sign the rental agreement. This document outlines the rental terms, mileage limits (if any), fuel requirements, and rules governing vehicle use. You agree not to use the vehicle for prohibited purposes including commercial transport, unauthorized off-road driving, illegal activities, or subleasing. Violations may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the rental.

Once a booking is confirmed, you are responsible for showing up on time. If you fail to arrive within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, the reservation may be canceled and the vehicle released. Late arrivals may be accommodated if availability permits, but we cannot guarantee the vehicle or original rate. Similarly, early returns do not qualify for partial refunds unless otherwise stated.

Some bookings may include optional extras such as child seats, GPS units, or insurance packages. These items must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability. Applicable fees will be displayed during checkout. Requests made at the counter are not guaranteed and may be subject to local availability and rates.

Get Your Rentals reserves the right to limit bookings per customer, decline service for fraudulent behavior, or deny reservations that do not meet our internal verification standards. Misuse of discount codes, incomplete profile information, or chargeback abuse may result in a rejected or suspended booking.
