Car Rental Agreement – Summary

This Car Rental Agreement is made between GET Your Rentals (“Company”) and the individual renter (“Renter”). By confirming a booking, the Renter agrees to all terms herein.

The Company rents a designated vehicle to the Renter for a specified period as outlined in the booking confirmation. Renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle. Travel outside NY, NJ, CT, or PA is prohibited without written approval. Mileage is unlimited unless otherwise stated.

Renter agrees to return the vehicle clean and on time. Late returns, unclean conditions, or unauthorized use may incur fees, including a $150feeforlostkeys,$250 for smoking, and toll charges. A refundable $200 deposit is required and may be forfeited for violations or damages.

Renter assumes liability for all traffic violations, damage, and towing. The Company may repossess the vehicle for contract breaches. Renter must maintain valid insurance throughout the rental period. Personal belongings are the Renter’s responsibility.

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between both parties. By proceeding, the Renter acknowledges full acceptance of these terms.
