Welcome to Get Your Rentals. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, services, and vehicles. By accessing our platform or engaging our rental services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license issued in your country of residence. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of reservation and rental. Falsifying identity or misrepresenting credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in denial of service or legal action.

All vehicle reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rental durations, rates, and vehicle availability are clearly displayed at the time of booking. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated, and may vary based on location, season, and rental length. Taxes, insurance, fees, and optional extras may be applied as disclosed during checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice, but your confirmed reservation will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

You may book a rental directly through our website or authorized third-party platforms. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rental terms. Acceptable forms of payment include credit cards and debit cards, processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Payment authorizes Get Your Rentals to collect applicable rental charges, including extensions, fines, or damage fees if incurred.

You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damage, excessive dirt, smoking in the vehicle, late returns, or unauthorized use (including off-road driving, racing, or sub-renting) may incur additional charges. Vehicles must be returned with the fuel level specified in your rental agreement to avoid refueling charges. Mileage limits and area restrictions may apply as outlined during rental confirmation.

Rental cancellations and modifications are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which may include deadlines for refunds, non-refundable deposits, or penalties for no-shows. Please review the Cancellation Policy posted on our website to fully understand your obligations and eligibility for refunds or credits.

You are required to carry a valid driver’s license, insurance (if not purchased through us), and meet any other eligibility criteria disclosed at booking. Additional drivers must also meet these criteria and be registered at the time of rental. Failure to comply may result in voided insurance coverage or denial of service.

Get Your Rentals provides optional insurance packages covering damage, theft, and liability. If you decline our coverage, you accept full responsibility for the vehicle and its use during your rental period. You are financially liable for any damage, loss, or third-party claims not covered by your personal insurance. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation or claims process resulting from an incident during your rental period.

All user data is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. Your use of our platform also requires acknowledgment of and consent to our Cookie Policy. We do not sell personal data and only collect information necessary to fulfill our services or comply with legal requirements.

Get Your Rentals reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to our services at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or behavior that may pose a risk to others. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express and implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of our service is at your own risk, and Get Your Rentals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access or use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect service changes, legal updates, or business needs. Revised Terms will be posted to our website with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services following a revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
